What You'll Be DoingIn this exciting and varied role, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our customers across Korea and beyond. You'll provide enterprise-level support via phone, portal, email, and in-person, working closely with a collaborative global team to ensure swift resolution of technical issues across software, hardware, and virtual platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:
Logging, managing, and resolving customer queries within agreed SLA timeframesWorking across multiple platforms – Windows, Linux, storage, mobile, desktop, and virtual environmentsTroubleshooting issues with a clear, methodical approach and brilliant communication skillsCollaborating with senior support teams and regional managers for escalationsCreating technical content to help customers and internal teams alikeMaintaining accurate records in JIRA Service Management and following our best-in-class support processesWhat We're Looking For5+ years’ experience in a similar technical support roleFluent in both Korean and English, written and verbalA deep knowledge of Linux and Windows OS, plus storage devices, mobile tech, desktops, and virtualisationStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a natural curiosity and analytical mindsetExcellent customer service and communication skills, you genuinely care about delivering a great experienceExperience using support tools like JIRA or similarA BS in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field, or an equivalent technical qualificationSomeone highly motivated, independent, and a true team playerWhy Blancco?Because we’re not just another tech company.
