Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Associate based in Port of Spain, with some work from home acceptable. The Collections Associate will be responsible for managing the debt collection, and cash collection. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to resolve outstanding balances, analyzing accounts, generating reports, and ensuring timely payments are received. QualificationsExperience in Customer Service and Cash CollectionProven Debt Collection skillsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plusPrevious experience in a professional service firm is beneficial
