ResponsibilitiesThe Teacher Assistant understands and promotes the nurserys vision, mission, social charter, and policies within the nursery setting and in the wider community. Leading teaching and provision for a core group of children including managing the various resources and providing positive and efficient learning opportunities for all children irrespective of their background and starting point.
Provide a support role to a teaching team to ensure a consistent quality of provision across the team.
