We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Digital Demand Generation Leader who will own the end-to-end execution of our digital marketing and demand generation engine. This role blends hands-on digital campaign execution with marketing systems management to drive measurable pipeline growth. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing leadership to generate qualified leads, optimize marketing performance, and ensure seamless campaign execution across channels.
ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, email) to drive MQL and SQL growthManage lead nurture programs, including drip campaigns and automated workflows, to accelerate conversionDevelop target account campaigns in alignment with sales and account-based marketing (ABM) strategiesCreate A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action to improve conversion ratesMarketing OperationsOwn the marketing tech stack (Pardot/HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools) ensuring data integrity, campaign tracking, and integration with the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance insightsPartner with Sales Ops to ensure seamless lead routing, SLA adherence, and closed-loop reportingManage marketing budgets, invoicing, and ROI analysisContent & Creative CollaborationCollaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pagesBrief and oversee creative for ads, graphics, and videos to align with campaign goalsEnsure messaging consistency across all digital touchpointsQualifications5-8 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, SaaS, or compliance-related industriesProven track record of digital demand generation that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue impactHands-on experience with HubSpot and Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms, and ad platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and MetaStrong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or equivalent)Familiarity with ABM strategies and working with sales to build target account campaignsExperience marketing to small or medium sized businesses is preferred.
