We are growing our team and looking for a talented Content Manager to shape and deliver engaging content across social media platforms.Role Overview: As a Content Manager at Bloom Group, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands communicate and engage across digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning content, generating and adapting creative ideas into engaging visual stories that resonate with our target audiences. Working closely with the creative, digital, and account teams, you’ll ensure that all content reflects brand strategies, follows current trends, and leaves a memorable impression across social media channels.Key Responsibilities:Plan and develop monthly content strategies for social media, both for clients and the agencyDevelop and execute creative content ideas that align with brand goals and voiceCoordinate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to bring campaigns to lifeManage and coordinate photo and video shootings for creation of contentMaintain a content calendar to schedule posts and ensure a consistent flow of content for clients and an agencyTrack content performance metrics and suggest improvementsResponsible for daily management of social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content posting and engagement monitoring. Qualifications:1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketingStrong portfolio of Instagram Reels / TikToks created for brands or personal projectsProficiency in mobile and desktop video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)Solid understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, and platform algorithmsExcellent communication and organizational skillsFluent communication in Azerbaijani language is required.
