hybrid 4x a week M-THOverview The Brand Designer is responsible for bringing Bloom's visual identity to life in physical spaces, ensuring an impactful brand experience across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of Brand Experience , this is a hands-on position where you will design assets to elevate Bloom’s physical presence and overall customer experience. Projects will include retail POS, in-person events, PR boxes, packaging, and merchandise & accessories. The ideal candidate is conceptual, strategic, organized and detail-oriented. They must be able to communicate effectively with external partners, including vendors and third-party agencies, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Beverage experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Create compelling designs that align with Bloom’s brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to generate fresh, innovative ideasManage and execute design projects from concept to completion, providing strong creative direction while incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance final deliverables. Design and execute impactful retail displays including end caps, displays, and other visual elements that engage customers and enhance the shopping experience, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity. Create innovative, brand-aligned packaging designs from concept to execution, overseeing material selection and sampling, to ensure optimal quality and functionality.
Support the events team in designing immersive event experiences, creating cohesive, engaging environments that focus on visual elements, space planning, and interactive features aligned with the event’s goals. Assist in producing design guides per campaign to effectively support the creative team to a cohesive launch. Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations, incorporating new ideas and strategies to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Qualifications: Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.
)Experience in creating visually impactful POS displays at major retailersCPG experience required, beverage experience is a plusStrong understanding of digital and print design methods, best practices and standard operating procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency. Highly organized, task-oriented, and a team player. Thrives in a fast-paced environment that adapts to changing priorities with ease. Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects. Minimum 2-5 years of experience. Benefits:
