The Supervisor's mandate is to ensure all procedures are followed and standards maintained both the guests and resort staff. Assist in the training, coaching, performance measures, performance evaluations, and performance feedback for all reporting employees. Assist with the schedules. To cultivate team spirit and cooperative work ethics. Sets an example and promotes high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with guests, lift teams, and all resort staff. Assists in the day-to-day activities of the lifts and attractions. Responsible for startup/shut down of all lifts and attractions. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?Previous customer service and supervisory experience.
