Create and manage the collateral for HPP & SPPPrepare and produce on counter marketing activities according to key launch eventsMonthly regular & key counter promotionGWP management (Developing/forecasting/allocation)Product Marketing ManagementAnnual sales target planning by category & key productMonitor sales performance for each category and key products, plan & execute promotions to meet targetsNewness/key/old/discontinued product managementReporting and Communication proactivelyProvide guidelines to internal (Retail Manager/ VMD / Training / E-commerce / Counters) and external parties (Retailers/ regional brand team) for all the activities about the brand, newness and campaignsClosely work with regional teams to provide the insight and analysis in terms of campaign, market trend, all retail marketing activities, monthly counter promotion etc.
