As one of the first 5 sales hires in DACH, you will be responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and setting the commercial foundation for long-term success. You’ll split your time between hunting new opportunities and converting inbound interest from strategic partners, while targeting high-potential mid-market companies. The role offers a clear path to evolve into a sales leadership position, building and leading the local team in Berlin.

ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle sales across the DACH region, with ~70% focus on new business and ~30% on inbound opportunities from SDRs and strategic partners. Target mid-market companies (€20–200M turnover) across sectors like retail, FMCG, and e-commerce.
Develop and execute the local go-to-market strategy, reporting directly to senior leadership. Establish sales processes, tools, and best practices for future hires. Manage complex deal cycles using proven methodologies (e. g. , MEDDICC). RequirementsMust-Haves: 2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience. Experience as an early-stage sales hire. Proven track record selling to mid-market clients in relevant industries. Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and highly motivated approach. Fluent in German and English.
