About The RoleThe G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in cultural programming, contemporary art, communication, and strategy development. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and communicative, and feels comfortable taking initiative, working independently when needed, and collaborating closely with others. They will support the Foundation's day-to-day activities as well as work on exhibitions, residencies, events, publications, and digital content.

They will also contribute to the development and implementation of our 5-year strategy (2026-2030) which includes exciting new initiatives and collaborations in Greece and internationally.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmbrace the Foundation's vision and values and contribute to its missionAssist in the coordination and implementation of exhibitions, public programs, and artist residenciesContribute to the finalization and implementation of the Foundation's 5-year strategic plan (2026-2023), including a broader vision and mission, as well as exciting new projects and partnershipsCoordinate with external collaborators, artists, and institutions as neededSupport research and content development for the Foundation's website, newsletters, and social mediaHelp draft, edit, and proofread communication materials in Greek and English (e. g. , press releases, event texts, media kits etc.

)Assist in organizing press events, media outreach, and visits by journalists, partners etc. Provide logistical support for projects and events (travel bookings, scheduling, correspondence, etc.
