As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, we have six major manufacturing sites at Port Kembla that deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to our export and domestic customers. In this business-critical role, you will coordinate and execute routine maintenance work and attend to plant mechanical challenges, while also coordinating trade personnel and contractors to deliver a cost-effective, quality-focused and flexible maintenance function to the Plate Mill Section.

What Will You Do?As a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator, You Willsupervise the day-to-day management of plant maintenance activities, including planning, organising, execution and review of maintenancecoordinate and provide technical support to the maintenance resources within the sectioncoach, mentor and develop maintenance personnel in manufacturing excellence principles and process, particularly around root cause and problem analysis and the development and execution of corrective actionsparticipate in cost reduction and capital upgrade projectsrespond to day-to-day and after-hours Mechanical equipment and reliability issuesMore About YouAs an enthusiastic and motivated individual, you will bring your experience and demonstrate a willingness to develop your skills.
