As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects from start to finish. What We’re Looking For (Requirements)7+ years in project delivery, with 3+ years in a leadership role, managing complex technology projects. Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies, and tools (e. g. , Jira, MS Project). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive results in fast-paced environments. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and forecasts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders.
A problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution. It would be advantageous if you have: A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e. g. , PMP, Scrum Master). Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with change management and driving organisational transformation.
