This is a pivotal new role, reporting into the CMO, and will play a key part in taking the brand from a digital-first business into a global omnichannel player. You’ll lead brand, creative, social and influencer functions - ensuring every campaign and initiative tells a consistent, compelling story that drives awareness, advocacy and loyalty.
This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, shaping the brand while scaling a best-in-class marketing team. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy: Turn the CMO’s vision into actionable strategies, campaigns and toolkits that bring the brand to life. Storytelling: Ensure the brand’s positioning, tone of voice and narrative are consistent across all channels. Campaigns: Lead 360 campaigns across social, influencer, PR, creative and retail, making sure they’re engaging, shareable and effective. Creative Direction: Oversee content and creative output, giving clear briefs and feedback to teams and agencies. Innovation: Keep the brand culturally relevant through new formats, partnerships and ideas.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team spanning brand, creative, social and influencer marketing. Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, digital and product teams to align messaging and campaign execution. Performance: Define KPIs, monitor effectiveness with data teams and optimise approaches. Budget Management: Oversee brand marketing budgets, ensuring spend delivers maximum impact. Key Requirements8+ years’ brand marketing experience, ideally within beauty or consumer lifestyle. Proven success running integrated campaigns across influencer, social, PR and creative. Experience leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary marketing teams. Strong creative judgement with a sharp eye for storytelling and brand-building.
Data-driven and able to translate insights into impactful activity. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in US/North American markets highly desirable.
