Position SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our client's team. This role is tailored for recent graduates or junior professionals eager to begin a hands-on career in civil construction. The candidate will support field operations, assist with on-site supervision, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project execution follows design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily site supervision and monitor construction progress. Support coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review plans, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure construction compliance. Perform site inspections and assist with quality control checks and testing.
Track materials, equipment usage, and labor productivity. Prepare daily logs, progress reports, and photo documentation. Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site. Attend construction meetings and assist with field issue resolution. Coordinate punch lists and assist in final walkthroughs and closeout documentation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. Experience: 0 to 2 years in construction environments (internships, site practicums, or co-ops are welcome).
