Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals. Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Employer Branding: Enhance IHCScorp's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Data Analysis:

Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Preferred QualificationsCertifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP. Language:
