About the RoleCloud infrastructure has transformed dramatically—shifting from legacy systems to scalable, AI-powered, secure platforms. At the forefront of this evolution, Microsoft offers a robust ecosystem encompassing infrastructure, data, business applications, low/no code tools, and AI. We’re looking for a visionary and results-driven Global Head of Azure Services to own the global P&L for our Azure-based Managed Cloud Services (MDC). In this high-impact executive role, you will drive product-market fit, shape go-to-market strategies, and lead a global team of ~70 across six international offices.

This is more than just an operational role—it’s a unique opportunity to be at the strategic core of our growth, working closely with Microsoft and contributing to our leadership in cloud transformation across mid-market international enterprises. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness LeadershipOwn and grow revenue and profit for the global Azure-based MDC portfolio. Serve on the Global Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. Lead a cross-functional team of ~70 (55 in operations/cloud architecture, 15 in sales/marketing). Collaborate directly with Microsoft on roadmaps, co-sell initiatives, and funding. Sales, Marketing & GTM ExecutionDefine winning product-market combinations and support regional/global sales teams.

Drive high-value deal support through active pre-sales involvement and weekly pipeline reviews. Lead your team in executing impactful webinars, events, and marketing campaigns. Deepen relationships and cross-sell opportunities with current clients. Product Innovation & DeliveryStay ahead of cloud trends—computing, security, app modernization, data, AI. Develop and optimize lifecycle strategies for existing and new MDC products. Ensure scalable and profitable service delivery through operational excellence and offshore leverage. Required QualificationsMust-Have10+ years in a Microsoft Cloud MSP, with 5+ years of full P&L ownership. Proven leadership in tech organizations with a value-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

Expertise in sales, product management, and cloud managed services delivery. Solid foundation in cloud infrastructure—computing, security, applications, data, AI. Strong Microsoft partnership experience, especially in “Co-sell” engagements. Bachelor's or Master's in business or technology (or equivalent experience). Strategic, analytical, creative thinker with excellent communication skills. Fluent in social media for employer branding and commercial outreach. Location in Puerto Rico, Colombia, or the Netherlands preferred. Nice-to-HaveStrong network and experience in international markets. Background in verticals such as manufacturing and distribution for mid-sized enterprises.
