Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled BMS Sales Engineer to join our Service Team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in selling BMS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), retrofit works, and upgrade solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the service team in achieving business growth targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop sales opportunities for BMS AMC, retrofit, and upgrade projects. • Conduct site visits and technical surveys to understand client requirements. • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the service and project teams. • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and facility management companies. • Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals. • Stay up to date with BMS market trends and competitor activities across the UAE. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering. • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in BMS sales within the UAE market. • Strong knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC controls, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.). • Proven success in AMC and retrofit project sales. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • UAE driving license mandatory. • Strong client management and market understanding within the UAE building automation sector.
