Their responsibility is to originate, structure and execute a full range of products ranging from Investment Grade to Leveraged solutions, delivered through Loans, Bonds or Private Placements, and targeting Corporates and Private Equity clients across Europe.Within Debt Markets, The Structuring & Execution Group (“SEG”) Gathers Interns, Apprentices, Analysts, Associates And VPs Supporting Directors And Managing Directors In The Identification, Structuring And Executions Of Debt-related Transactions, Across The Following SpacesInvestment Grade: supporting large & midsize CorporatesLeveraged Finance: supporting Leveraged Corporates and Private Equity firmsDebt Markets work in close co‐operation with various teams within the bank (Corporate & Sponsor Coverage, M&A, ECM, Industry Groups, Legal, Loan & Bond Syndicate, Ratings Advisory).BNP Paribas regularly ranks as #1 or leader in the European financing league tables for Corporate and Leveraged Loans and also Corporate and High Yield BondsMissionsResponsibilitiesAs a full member of the team, working closely with Analysts, Associates, VPs, Directors and Managing Directors and with the benefit of an intensive on‐the‐job technical and professional training, key operational responsibilities of the Intern include:Marketing activity: prepare client pitches (simulation of acquisitions, refinancing, LBO financing, IPO financing) covering a full‐fledged financing solution across the capital structure (bonds & loans / equity / convertibles and hybrids).
