We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director of AI Client Service & Enablement to join our Treasury Services team; this role will be located in Pittsburgh, PA. Within this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as senior lead for clients implementing and using AI solutions Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on BNY AI solutions Ensure the success, oversight, and client enablement of AI solutions for our clients Engage to define delivery plans for the client’s AI solution ensuring client expectations are managed and metReview and lead the implementation and set-up of AI solutions by coordinating across internal and external stakeholdersManage both portfolio pipeline and specific client project plan across critical milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation, and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholdersDirect and manage implementation closure, including notification to internal and external stakeholdersProvide on-going client support for AI solutionsRepresent Client Service and Client Enablement leading incidents, driving client engagement and communication related to clients using AI solutions Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction on AI solutions and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadershipPrepare and deliver internal and external training and documentation with an innovation mindsetTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of experience (Banking/Financial/Data Science & Innovation) is required10+ years of total work experience; diverse experience in Technical Service & Operational Wholesale Banking Industry Deep understanding of AI technologies, including architecture and large language model Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps and SaaS deployment Self-motivated with proven commitment to client focus and lean thought processStrong communication skills; written, verbal, and effective listening skillsAbility to establish a new team, drive accountability and client excellenceAbility to be cross-fungible and multitask under pressure Able to adapt to changing environment and business/organizational demands Certification in Operational Excellence and/or Six Sigma a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office suite At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
