We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service II to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Houston, TX – Hybrid. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Public-Not-For Profit (PNFP) client accounts to include the following duties:

monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio’s compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed. Works with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY. Supports clients in addressing operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base. Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Uses knowledge of client services best practices and BNY client needs to help develop process improvements. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-12 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services. Previous experience in Corporate or Conventional Trust ideally working within the Public-Not-For-Profit space.
