As we continue expanding across the United States, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales – USA to lead and scale our American sales operations. This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, and will oversee the regional U. S. team and national business development.

Job DescriptionAs Head of Sales – USA, you will take charge of our U. S. growth strategy from our North American headquarters in Vancouver. You’ll manage a cross-regional sales team, strengthen relationships with industry partners, and expand our presence in the construction, design, and hospitality sectors. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to execute high-impact sales strategies while representing Bodaq at key trade shows and events across the U. S. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the U. S. sales team from our Vancouver officeImplement national sales strategies across all U. S.

regionsBuild strategic relationships with fabricators, installers, general contractors, designers, and hospitality groupsOversee sales performance, pipelines, KPIs, and regional targetsIdentify market opportunities and lead initiatives to enter new segmentsCollaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that support regional growthRepresent Bodaq at major U. S. trade shows, expos, and industry networking eventsEnsure alignment between Canadian HQ and U.
