Role PurposeWe are looking for someone to join us at Boku as a Site Reliability/Platform Engineer in Estonia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and optimizing our cloud-based solutions using Infrastructure as a code (IaC).

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to implement best practices and regularly review existing systems for improvementKey Responsibilities Management of AWS infrastructure components using infrastructure-as-code approach Management of CI / CD pipelines, configuration management and monitoring tools Responding to incidents and participating in technical investigations. Building automated solutions for recurring tasks. Driving cross-team security initiatives. Driving technical choices for improving our infrastructure platform. Participating in designing the future technical platform and tools Responding to incidents and participating in technical investigationsQualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Critical Skills And CompetenciesAt least 3 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure/ Platform engineering role. Hands-on experience with cloud computing tools, especially AWS. Deep knowledge of computer networking architecture, protocols and standardsExperience in and in-depth understanding of security standards and best practicesProficiency with public key infrastructure and relevant standardsA Familiarity with databases (Postgres, MySQL, DynamoDB) and an openness to exploring cloud-first optionsFamiliarity with messaging brokers like RabbitMQ and Kafka.

Enthusiasm for taking the initiative to propose solution designsSkilled at least in one programming languageExcellent collaboration and communication skillsComfortable with agile environmentFluent in English, both spoken and writtenCertifications (not a must, but preferable) AWS, Kubernetes Certification is a plus Kubernetes competency is a plus
