该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 工作内容: 1. 参与合同评审,识别客户要求,并督促在各环节的实施; 2. 跟踪客户要求在各环节的实施,当有差异的时候,及时反馈,并督促纠正; 接收来自现场服务团队和销售的顾客投诉,组织相关部门讨论,制定纠正及预防改善措施,并跟进关闭; 客户8D报告的撰写;客户退货产品的分析,协同相关部门制定对应的改善方案,跟踪实施情况并验证; 接收来自现场服务团队和销售的顾客的建议和改善需求,协调内部资源,推动实施; 项目完成,整合内外部问题,推动相关环节的持续改善。 任职要求: 岗位要求: 1. 1年以上客户质量或新产品开发质量管理经验,熟练掌握8D等问题解决相关知识; 2. 精通机械图纸,并熟练掌握形位公差和评价方法; 3. 具有一定的ISO9001、IATF16949等质量体系知识。 熟练掌握QC七大手法、MSA、质量五大手法等质量工具; 5. 强烈的工作原则性和流程工作关键; 6. 据以事实和数据进行判断,具有良好的抗压能力; 7. 良好的质量意识和敏感性;
