Based: Islington, London. Type: Full-time, permanent, office-based role. We are currently looking for a bright and confident Business Administrator to assist various Business Support departments within our Islington Law Firm. The successful candidate will be assisting the Compliance, IT, Finance, and Support teams. Main duties will include:
· General office tasks such as dealing with post, copying, and scanning· Occasional reception cover · Assisting with in-house and networking events · Dealing with office payments and receipts· Arranging client ID checks · Dealing with day-to-day compliance related queries To be successful, you will ideally be a law graduate, have good attention to detail, be enthusiastic, hard-working and a team player with good communication skills. Previous experience working in an office preferred though not essential. This is a varied administrator role, and full training will be provided. This is an office-based job working flexibly within the core hours of 8am – 6pm.
