Insurance Specialist

We're looking for an Insurance Specialist who is responsible for assisting the team in administering all insurance policies, including new business, renewal administration, and any mid-term adjustments. This pivotal role involves managing complex corporate insurance programmes across our 50+ entities, encompassing liabilities, warehouses, and offices. You'll be at the forefront of securing insurance for our innovative ride-hailing, micromobility, food delivery, and rentals services, with a keen eye on any future ventures.

You'll own the entire insurance procurement process, from initial acquisition to contract renewals, ensuring compliance with all regional requirements, particularly for new market launches. Main tasks and responsibilities: Placing multi-class programmes of insurance for business needs, ensuring the adequacy and appropriateness of cover and checking the accuracy of policy documentation. Resolving internal enquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Providing effective day-to-day management of claims reporting. Assisting in obtaining new and renewal quotations, and developing and maintaining strong insurer relationships.

Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business, accurately processing new business, mid-term, and renewal documentation, and effectively dealing with incoming post and email enquiries. About you: Experience ideally from an insurance brokerage, in-house insurance team, or legal/regulatory background with exposure to insurance contracts or risk. Solid understanding of commercial lines insurance (e. g. Motor, Liability, Property), with confidence reviewing policy wordings and schedules. Experience supporting or managing insurance renewals, including data gathering, reviewing quotes, and liaising with brokers/insurers. Strong technical and organisational skills, comfortable working with Excel, reviewing documentation, and maintaining insurance trackers. .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to work across internal teams and external partners in a professional and proactive way.
