Senior Full Stack Engineer, Bolt Business

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on exciting challenges on our Bolt Business team. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!About The RoleAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Bolt's growing backend and frontend systems. That will mostly happen via coding in Node. js, TypeScript, and React (PS: no previous experience with Node. js is needed). You will be closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders to determine how to scalably design systems and APIs to meet their needs.

Mostly, you get to work on the Bolt Business project to develop our B2B portal for rentals, ride-hailing, and delivery. Main tasks and responsibilities: Designing and building Bolt's growing backend and frontend systemsCoding mostly in JavaScript, Node. js and TypeScript (previous experience with Node. js is not required)Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challengesContributing ideas to our product development roadmapGiving a hand to your fellow colleagues, participating in code reviews and architecture discussionsWe are not really looking for Node.

js experts, but for cross-language engineers for whom a specific stack is just a tool to solve a problem, not the solution itselfAbout you: You have experience in JavaScript and Node. js / C++ /Java or any OO languageYou have knowledge of major frontend frameworksYou have a university degree in a technical subject (Computer science, Mathematics or similar)You have a solid understanding of algorithms and data structuresYou have experience with any SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)You feel at home with microservices architecture and you are experienced in API design.
