We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing and food delivery business. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient, in addition to creating the best customer experience. Main tasks and responsibilities: Supporting Bolt’s users and helping them get the most out of our apps. Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense.

Helping improve our processes and frameworks, interacting with counterparts in other Bolt markets. Being part of shaping an exceptional customer experience for our Ride-hailing and Delivery customers.
