Procurement Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage purchasing, logistics, and inventory operations for our growing operations. You will be responsible for vendor coordination, procurement, shipment tracking, and maintaining accurate records. Your goal is to ensure cost-effective purchasing while keeping our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently. ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement processes, including order placement and tracking. Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

Source and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality supplies. Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and inspections. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date order records, invoices, and vendor databasesConduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product and process quality standards. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Maintain and enhance quality assurance systems to ensure raw materials are safe, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. Research and recommend potential suppliers based on market trends and business needs. Conduct market research to track pricing trends and support purchasing decisions. Evaluate supplier quotations and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ relevant experienceSolid understanding of supply chain operationsProficient in purchasing systems and ERP toolsProficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)Experience in market research and/or animal-related food industry preferredWell-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesFresh graduates with strong internship experience and eagerness to learn may also apply
