We are committed to delighting customers by sourcing and making quality products for less and providing a simplified and exceptional experience.What You'll DoThe Bookkeeper supports the US Accounting team with data entry, transaction processing, and ledger updates. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, strong bookkeeping skills, and a high level of integrity. Reporting to the Country Financial Controller, the Bookkeeper plays a key role in maintaining precise financial records.Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToPerform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivableAllocate cash payments to sales transactionsReconcile discrepancies or errors identified and communicate accordinglyEnsure proper documentation is maintained for bank reconciliationProcess bank reconciliations across multiple accountsProvide support for financial reporting and analysis as neededAdhere to the company’s financial policies and proceduresPrepare monthly financial analysis and reconciliation filesProvide administrative support to accounting functionsProcess daily customer refunds upon verification of stock returns and communicate issue resolutions with the customer service teamIdentify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operationsWhat You'll HaveQualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Certifications (such as Xero Certification), and licenses beneficial.2-3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar roleSolid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple entities is preferredPayroll processing experience is a plusProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and spreadsheet programs (Excel, Google Sheets)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to multitask and stay organized in a remote work environmentProfessional demeanor with a strong ethical codeTeam player with a commitment to contributing positively to company goalsWhat We Believe InOur Company Values Are Integral To Our Culture And Success.
