We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and innovation — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented finance professional to join our head office team.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Bookkeeper to support our finance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation who’s ready to grow within a supportive, family friendly environment and work flexibly.Key Responsibilities:Accounts PayableManage the accounts inbox, ensuring all supplier invoices and finance-related communications are actioned promptlyProcess supplier invoices and ensure timely approval by relevant company DirectorsPrepare and manage weekly payment runs to employees, using the Acumatica Payroll systemManage supplier relationships, including setting up and maintaining vendor records, validating ABN, bank, and documentation details.Coordinating trade account and customer paymentsResponding to supplier queriesProcess employee expense claims accurately and efficientlyAccounts ReceivablePrepare and issue client invoicesFollow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate receivable recordsBookkeepingPerform daily/monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accountsEnsure financial data accuracy and completeness in MYOB EXOLiaise with the external tax agent and assist with GST/BAS queriesAd Hoc TasksProvide support on various finance projects and other accounting-related deliverables as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance support roleFamiliarity with accounting software such as MYOB and specifically Acumatica ExoAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersHigh level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlinesEducation in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredPlease upload your resume.The Candidate:Strong organisation, communication and time management skillsThis role would suit an individual who has family commitments or other bookkeeping accounts to manage.
