Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Berlin, with flexibility to work from home for part of the time. As an Analyst at LogicLoom IT Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing data, contributing to strategic decision-making processes, and identifying technology solutions to align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create reports, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and research.Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of IT systems, workflows, and technology integration processes.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks independently and flexibly.Experience in IT or technology consulting is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
