Role Description This is a temporary hybrid role for a Bookkeeper, based in Windhoek with the flexibility to work some days from home. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly management accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory returns. The day-to-day tasks include processing financial transactions, generating journal entries, and assisting with financial reports. The role also requires proficiency in accounting software, liaising with auditors, and supporting the preparation of year-end financial statements. Qualifications Strong expertise in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and FinanceProficiency in Accounting Software and Journal EntriesAttention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational skillsExperience in working with statutory submissions and financial complianceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageousFamiliarity with Pastel software is a plusAbility to work independently with a hybrid work setup
