Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Ajax, ON. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and managing financial statements, handling bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional duties include managing journal entries, utilizing accounting software, and collaborating with clients to provide financial insights and support. Qualifications Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and Financial Statements preparationExperience with Accounting Software Quickbooks and Sage and financial reportingStrong foundational knowledge of Finance and accounting principlesAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and team membersBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an assetPrior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferredProficent in Individual tax return preperation
