Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports. What you'll doRun end-to-end payroll: collect and input hours, update employee records, calculate earnings/deductions, prepare tax docs, and ensure on-time, compliant pay.Handle invoicing & payables/receivables; track incoming/outgoing payments.Record daily transactions (sales, expenses, receipts, payments) in QuickBooks.Perform bank & remittance reconciliations; match statements to company records.Keep financial records organized, accurate, and audit-ready; ensure compliance.What you bringProficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage) and Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.Clear communication skills and sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
