With over 15 years of success built on integrity, freedom, innovation, and excellence, we’re now looking for a Bookkeeper to take over from our long-standing and highly valued team member who is moving on.This is a vital role for YFR, ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate reporting to support the company’s continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.Process 200+ payments weekly (primarily Thursday/Friday).Oversee payroll processing for staff, suppliers and subcontractors.Maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor financial health.Complete bank reconciliations in a timely manner.Prepare and submit VAT returns.Interpret financial data into clear actionable insights for management.Ensure precision, compliance, and timeliness in all bookkeeping functions.Location & RequirementsYFR is based in Penn Street, AmershamThe office is not accessible by public transportCandidates should hold a valid driving licence and have access to a carInitally this is a full-time, office-based role, however there may be scope after probation to move to a hybrid role.Why Join YFR?Be part of a purpose-driven company making a measurable difference in the charity sectorWork in a supportive, growth-focused environment with long-term stabilityCompetitive salary
