DescriptionPosition at LeoVegas GroupAbout The RoleAs a Bookmaking Analyst for Sportsbook, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on driving insights that shape the sportsbook platform's performance. This role is integral to understanding the nuances of customer behavior and market performance through data analysis, directly impacting the optimization of sportsbook offerings. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the platform meets both customer needs and business objectives, taking ownership of reporting and key performance metrics.In this role, you will work closely with the data, marketing, and CRM teams to deliver data-driven solutions that guide strategic decisions. With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, including trend identification and product alignment, this is an exciting chance to leverage your analytical skills and collaborate with a range of experts across the organization.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Data Analysis & Insights - Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc analyses, advanced market performance studies, and maintain dashboards (Domo, Tableau, R Shiny) to improve data accessibility, quality, and decision-making.Market & Competitive Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging risks to provide insights that shape sportsbook strategy, pricing, product development, and risk mitigation.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a bridge between Risk, Trading, Business Intelligence, and Data teams to enhance workflows, analysis, communication, and alignment on key initiatives.Risk Management & Integrity - Develop and implement risk tools, policies, and procedures; perform daily risk monitoring and account reviews; and collaborate with regulators and governing bodies to ensure compliance and integrity standards.Product & Process Optimization - Test new betting features (internal and third-party) and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall risk management capabilities.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:Essential Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, or a related field1-3 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated advanced analytical skillsStrong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilitiesProficiency in business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, Domo, or similar platformsCompetent in Excel and other Microsoft Office programsNice to Have Skills:Basic knowledge of sports, with a focus on soccerAbility to make data-driven decisions and apply innovative, solution-oriented thinking in a fast-paced environmentWho We AreAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
