Job Number: R0223435Facility Condition Assessment InspectorThe Opportunity: As an experienced Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Inspector at Booz Allen, you will be responsible for inspecting and supporting the tracking and reporting of FCAs of DoD facilities. You will perform visual inspections and FCA of selected facilities, and inventory using BUILDER methodology in accordance with the client's Built Infrastructure Inventory and Assessment Manuals and the Sustainment Management Systems Playbook.

You will support the tracking, reporting, data entry, and updating of FCA and facility data in the government systems of record, TRIRIGA, or BUILDER and be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of data associated with the task management, work plans, elements, or activities, and facility inspections. You will identify, prevent, or resolve any backlog of asset assessments. You Have:

  3+ years of experience conducting FCAs for DoD facilities and infrastructure based on mission requirements, budget constraints, and technical specifications3+ years of experience using data systems and available as-built drawings to assess facility conditions with industry and DoD compliance, safety, and quality standardsExperience planning and executing maintenance and repair activities, and balancing functional and mission requirementsKnowledge of DoD engineering in support of infrastructure sustainment, building infrastructure, emergency response and preparedness, compliance and regulations, and project managementAbility to lead teams in the identification of building and space requirements for critical mission needs and platform requirementsAbility to develop engineering cost estimates, make recommendations, and prepare technical reportsAbility to review construction requirements and validate costs associated with military construction projectsAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:

  Experience with FCA and sustainment management systems, including BUILDER SMS, TRIRIGA, or the AFCEC Sustainment Management SystemKnowledge of project management processes, including Lean Six Sigma, PMI, or AgileKnowledge of government policies and proceduresKnowledge of software packages from Autodesk, Unity, and DynamoAbility to leverage critical thinking and problem-solving to troubleshoot engineering challenges and needed process improvementsAbility to communicate and present information and data to executive-level clientsAbility to model data, develop simulations, or model engineering systemsSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringPMP, Six Sigma, or EIT CertificationClearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500. 00 to $176,000. 00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
