Job Number: R0223165General Facility PlannerKey Role: Solve difficult problems affecting the force by developing innovative solutions. Ensure operation and engineering success by providing asset portfolio and sub-portfolio support in resource planning, preventative maintenance, asset management and subject matter expertise. Provide strategic-level resource planning, preventative maintenance, and asset management. Leverage subject matter expertise combined with risk management techniques, Mission Dependency Index (MDI), and wing-driven priorities to define portfolio or sub-portfolio asset and system-level maintenance, repair, or replacement priorities. Identify, prioritize and schedule portfolio asset and system repairs, replacements, or upgrades for assigned portfolio assets.
Generate and process work requests adhering to local Work Request procedures, as well as conduct field surveys and provide recommendations for portfolio and sub-portfolio asset and system-specific work identified by the Government for the monthly Work Request Review Board. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Command or Staff environmentExperience in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookKnowledge of civil engineer, public works, or government or private sector work control, customer service, and operations or maintenance management procedures, and functions and procedures of each type of work centerKnowledge of project-based cost estimation practices and principlesKnowledge of Air Force, Navy, Army, or government or private sector instructions, practices, and procedures pertaining to civil engineering or public works operationsKnowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management and Sustainment Management Systems, system capabilities, and economic usage to effectively accomplish assigned functionsKnowledge of analytical and diagnostic methods, procedures, and principles, and surveying methods, equipment, and techniques of measurements to identify project requirementsKnowledge of program planning and budgeting cycles, financial control, and budget systems, working classifications and the regulatory and statutory restrictions on the expenditures of appropriated and non-appropriated funds, automated data processing system capabilities, and real property managementSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500. 00 to $176,000. 00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
