We need an experienced Scrum Master like you to create solutions that’ll develop and manage a Cloud Enterprise DoD capability. On our team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level while ensuring the Scrum project is successfully progressed.

You’ll ensure Scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish Sprint planning and other Scrum efforts. In this role, you’ll directly impact the Cloud Enterprise DoD capability by managing the Agile team. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in IT Scrum project management while successfully delivering project solutions that will improve the Cloud Enterprise DoD capability. You Have:

  5+ years of experience in a business or requirements analyst role or as a Scrum master in an Agile environmentExperience using requirements management tools, including Jira or TFSKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and KanbanAbility to communicate and present technical language on the project to senior leaders and clientsAbility to execute Scrum methodologies for a product lifecycleAbility to guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals, lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high-performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level of estimate activities, and provide the team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questionsAbility to lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team Scrums, Sprint planning, and user demonstrationsAbility to advise on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, or standardization of processesSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800. 00 to $198,000. 00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
