What You Will DoAs our Marketing Category Manager for Beauty, you'll play a key role in defining and executing marketing strategies across onsite, CRM, and campaign touchpoints.
You Will Develop and execute the Beauty marketing plan on a quarterly and yearly basis Own the front page and key landing pages for the Beauty category Drive KPIs around traffic, engagement, and category performance Coordinate with B&M to develop trading plans and brand exposure Analyze performance data and optimize based on insights (daily/weekly/monthly) Lead marketing initiatives for category growth, both online and offline Oversee and actively participate in postproduction and finalization of onsite content Collaborate with CRM to build engaging and high-performing email campaigns Brief and execute visuals with content and art teams (e. g.
