You’ll take ownership of the category’s front-end experience and performance while collaborating across key teams - from Buying & Merchandising to CRM, Creative, and Commercial. What You Will DoAs our new Marketing Category Manager for Home, you’ll be the central driver of marketing performance in your category. Your work will range from high-level strategy to hands-on campaign execution, ensuring we meet performance targets and engage our customers in meaningful ways. You Will Define the quarterly and yearly marketing plan for the Home category Own and optimize the Home category pages on Boozt.
com Oversee and actively participate in postproduction and finalization of onsite content Drive KPIs around traffic, engagement and category performance Work closely with B&M to align on trading plans and product focus Analyze campaign and category performance (daily, weekly, monthly) Collaborate with CRM on newsletter journeys and tailored content Lead cross-functional projects and develop innovative, category-specific campaigns Plan and brief content for onsite, email, and photoshoots Champion continuous improvement by leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics and Qlik SenseYOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for a strategic executor with strong commercial instincts and a passion for interior and home trends.
You Bring3+ years of marketing experience in e-commerce, preferably with a background in the home and lifestyle sector.
