We are seeking a strategic thinker with deep technical abilities and a passion for leading digital transformation to join us an BPM Lead to partner with our clients on their Business Process Management/ Process Orchestration projects, manage client relationships and guide a talented team through complex solution delivery.As a BPM Lead, you’ll guide solution design and delivery across large-scale projects and actively contribute towards business development.This role sits within our Information Services practice - one of four key areas at Tenzing, alongside Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Managed Services. The Information Services team partners with clients to deliver all things data including data science, data warehousing, and data migrations. We use proven methodologies along with industry leading technology to create scalable and sustainable data solutions tailored to our customer’s needs.What you’ll bring:10+ years of BPM, BPI, Automation experience, including leadership in solution design and implementationMust have an ability to conduct deep technical discussions with senior stakeholders, including presenting complex solutions in wider forumsProven track record in agile delivery modelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCollaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomesAbility to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal developmentExperience in end-to-end Appian/Pega or similar technology-based project delivery will be desired.Why join Tenzing, who are we?At Tenzing, we’ve been helping clients scale their mountains for over twenty years.
