Job SummaryHandle inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide support with professionalism. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain process compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer calls, emails, or chats efficiently and courteously. Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Follow company procedures and guidelines for service delivery. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary. Meet daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs) for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. QualificationsGraduate or Diploma (any stream). Good communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
