Team ManagementTeam Building: As a BPR consultant, encourage team members skill developments.Self-development: Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company's upcoming projects.QualificationsHave 6+ years of work experience.Have working experiences in business consulting firms.Have solid consulting skills in Business Process Re-engineering.Have strong integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as consultant.Good communication skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
