Product Analyst

Brainhunter is currently seeking “Product Analyst” to work for our valued Client. This is a hybrid contract and requires the successful candidate to be in office four days a week. Our prestigious retail client is looking for looking for a contractor with strong project management expertise and hands-on experience with SAP spend management tools (Concur, Ariba, Fieldglass). This role will lead initiatives to enhance procurement, invoicing, travel, and contingent workforce processes while supporting existing enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities : Lead and deliver projects involving SAP Concur, Ariba, and Fieldglass, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.

Partner with business units to gather requirements, assess current processes, and design system improvements. Oversee application lifecycle activities, including upgrades, enhancements, and decommissioning of legacy systems. Provide production support post project go-live and ensure application stability with timely resolution of issues. Coordinate and manage testing cycles, including system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop user documentation and conduct super-user training sessions. Qualifications: 3+ years in IT or business systems roles with proven project management experience; PMP or equivalent is an asset. Direct experience with SAP Concur (Travel & Expense, Invoice), Ariba (Procurement, Sourcing), and Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce).

Strong skills in business analysis, systems analysis, and quality assurance methodologies.
