What’s the role?We are looking for an Associate, Media to join our APAC team. We are in the early stages of our journey into APAC and this is an entry level position for a proactive, self-driven individual who is a willing and fast learner. Working closely with, supporting, and being supported by the Media Manager to deliver day to day tasks in line with client needs and objectivesMonitoring and reviewing the performance of campaigns to make data enabled recommendations and optimisations by getting stuck into the data and approaching challenges with a scientific and mathematical mindsetProposing and implementing ad copy, targeting, feature and format testing for client accountsSupporting with ad operations activities (for example ad trafficking) Accountable for the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for clientsExtracting actionable insight from data through proactive analysis to inform optimisation.
Navigating and becoming an expert on paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo, Baidu, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, DV360 and The Trade Desk)Learning to use and apply our world class proprietary Brainlabs’ tools to for our clientCreate written performance insights with rich analysis, insight and clear actions. Communicate effectively internally and externally to show off the fantastic work and results we are producing. Honing your communication skills over email, phone calls & face-to-face meetings.
