Rancon Holdings Limited is looking for Branch Manager- Hire Purchase (RANGS eMART)Job Description / ResponsibilityAs a Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our retail operations, responsible for driving branch performance and ensuring operational excellence. Your key duties will include:Driving Sales & Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Proactively visit institutions and organizations to expand the customer base.Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage daily branch operations, including inventory, merchandising, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.Financial Management: Ensure all daily cash is banked and weekly financial remittances and reports are submitted to the head office accurately and on time.Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent after-sales service as per company policy and actively participate in sales promotions to enhance brand engagement.Team & Performance Management: Oversee branch staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Retail Sales, Hire purchase, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Electronic Equipment/Home AppliancesJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
