Responsibilities Cashier and LobbyAble to handle transactions effectively during rush hoursBe familiar with POS machine and interfaceBe accurate in all transactions: purchase, return, cancelKnow all POS Functions inclusive of promotions, staff meals, various discounts, voids, cash vouchersPerform standard POS opening and closing procedures without supervisionPrepare and handle cash deposits accurately and according to SOPPacking of breads for customer according to SOPDispense products from back kitchenAssist customers in product enquiries, product pricings, promotions, etcPerform suggestive selling and upsell products to customersAchieve 99.5% accuracy in cash transactionsMust be able to name all products and know what the ingredients in each product are KitchenTopping SectionProcess topping for respective bread and danish types according to SOPEuro bun toppings (in applicable outlets)Prepare ingredients and fillings for all bun type productsLearn all products and know what are the ingredients in each productPerform Dispensing duty to bring out freshly baked products in organized mannerTable SectionBe equipped with knowledge on using the right and required ingredients per productEnsure right ingredients are used per product, at the correct weight per ingredientPerform Sweet bun, Danish, Euro, Toast shapingPerform filling for sweet breads according to productOven SectionEnsure right temperature and time setting per product being bakedBe equipped with the right and proper knowledge for each product before bakingResponsible to ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) be baked according to standard GeneralEnsure clean, tidy and hygienic station and overall kitchen environmentUse the right tools and equipment for the right purpose (e.g. colour code cloths to wipe different surfaces, right knives etc)Able to setup and perform various roles without supervisionAble to perform quality control and reject inferior productsAble to dispense and display products in an organized mannerProject friendly and positive image to customersOutlet and Display cleanlinessTray and tongs cleaningAble to handle customer requests and enquiryHandle cake bookings and enquiriesCoordinate cake orders, deliveries and packagingAble to handle customer feedback and inquiry and submit reportAble to identify and troubleshoot inferior products and maintain good quality throughout his/her shiftOrganize the kitchen area, floor and preparation areas are neat, ensure equipment are in good working conditionPlanning of product schedule to ensure hot bread at all times and no excess products being held or run outTo schedule the manpower arrangement to achieve operation effectivenessDemonstrates good people handling skills, able to motivate others to achieve shift objectiveCoach and provide feedback to staff on product QualityEnsure no run out or excessive stocksOrder stocks for the outletHandle outlet operation and management – conduct QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness) checksAble to analyze outlet data (transaction count, average check, daily sales, hourly sales figures) for production planningAssist to recruit new staff and handle the interviewTo do month end stock takeResponsible for outlet’s Profit & Loss (P&L)Conducting staff performance appraisalLiaising with external vendor such as cleaner, pest control etc.Oversee 1 to 2 outlets operationsRequirementsMinimum a GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma holderPreferably with 3 years’ F&B or retail experience with at least 1 year in similar capacityPossess good management and strong leadership qualitiesWilling and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidaysGood interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly with stakeholdersStrong in customer serviceProblem solver and effective decision makerAble to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
