The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading and developing the branch team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving branch financial targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing branch budgets, monitoring loan portfolios, facilitating staff training, and establishing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.QualificationsWell experienced in refinaning mortgage or property in Banking/Financial companyAbility to establish and maintain client relationshipsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience in a managerial role within the finance sector is preferredStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageousStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
