Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kampala. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
